Returns & Exchanges

At Morgan Mercantile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
